Narelle is a STAR, actually she's five star! We recently travelled to Bali (two destinations over 10 days). She got great flight times and seamless transfers, arranged some awesome room upgrades in some incredible hotels we would not have usually considered and they were perfect. The kids (aged 4 & 10) had the trip of a lifetime with all the activities and pools/ slides etc.
